Job Title : SAP SAC Planning Consultant Location : PAN India (Hybrid) - Preferably Mumbai / Bangalore Experience : 9+ years About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SAC Planning Consultant to join our leading MNC client's SAP implementation team. - This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagement, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions across diverse business domains. - The role offers the flexibility of PAN India hybrid work locations, with a preference for Mumbai or Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SAC Planning solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. - Design and optimize Planning models, Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, Allocations, and Predictive features to meet client business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAC Planning with SAP BW, S/4HANA, and BPC, ensuring seamless data flow. - Work closely with Finance teams to support FP&A, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SAC applications. - Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption and business value realization. - Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable): - Minimum 6+ years of overall SAP experience, including 3+ years in SAC Planning. - Proven expertise in SAC Planning implementation and support projects. - Strong hands-on knowledge of Planning models, Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, Allocations, and Predictive features. - Solid integration experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA, and BPC. - In-depth understanding of Financial Planning processes such as FP&A, Budgeting, and Forecasting. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Predictive features in SAC. - Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors and non-SAP data sources. - Exposure to SAP Datasphere / HANA Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. - SAP SAC certifications preferred but not mandatory.
