Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:

Production Planning (PP) Mastery: Lead the design and configuration of core Production Planning processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Shop Floor Control (SFC).

- Drive the shift to advanced planning in S/4HANA.

- Quality Management (QM) Expertise: Implement and configure comprehensive Quality Management plans, including quality inspections, master data (QM-info records, control keys), notifications, and integrating quality control points directly into the production cycle.

- Plant Maintenance (PM) & Asset Management: Configure Plant Maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and functional locations to optimize asset lifecycle management and reduce unplanned downtime.

- Integration & Advanced Logistics: Ensure seamless functional integration with related SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and specific focus on PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) where applicable.

- Digital Manufacturing & IoT: Actively support the integration of Industry 4.0 and IoT interfaces with SAP, including providing functional expertise for integrating with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and other digital manufacturing platforms.

Key Requirements & Core Expertise:

- SAP Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, or support across SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of manufacturing operations, quality control standards, and asset maintenance best practices.
