Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with expertise in the retail domain to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance implementations, retail business processes, and eCommerce platforms.

You will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and integrating SAP Finance solutions with various SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Implementation:

- Lead or contribute to 1-2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations in the retail sector.

- Define and optimize financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay cycles.

Configuration & Customization:

- Configure SAP FI/CO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking integration.

- Set up payment methods (ISO 20022, SEPA, ACH, NEFT), tax configurations, and payment processes (F110).

- Handle SAP CO components like Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers.

- Integration & Data Migration:

- Integrate FI/CO with MM, SD, Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.

- Work with middleware (PI, SWIFT) for bank interfaces and payment acknowledgments.

- Define and execute data migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA.

- Master Data Management:

- Maintain Vendor, Customer, Bank, Cost/Profit Centers, and GL accounts.

- Utilize S/4HANA Business Partner and MDG-S solutions.

Tools & Technology:

- Work with BPM, Ariba, Concur, Blackline, Lucernex for process optimization.

- Manage batch job scheduling using CA7 and Control-M.

- Banking & Payment Interfaces:

- Develop bank interfaces for payment files, acknowledgments, and reconciliation.

- Handle lockbox processing and integration with tools like High Radius and Hans Orga.

- Compliance & Process Optimization:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.

- Optimize financial processes for improved efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in SAP Finance Retail and consulting.

- SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, and Procure-to-Pay.

- Integration: Experience with FI/CO integration with MM, SD, Ariba, and middleware tools.

- Tools & Data Migration: Hands-on experience with BPM, Concur, Blackline, and data migration from ECC to S/4HANA.

- Banking & Payments: Expertise in payment processes, methods, and file integrations (MT940, positive pay).

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance certification.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms and retail-specific solutions.

- Exposure to advanced functionalities like MDG-S.
