
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment planning and employer branding efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically focused on SAP recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP roles, skills, and technologies.
- Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successfully filling SAP positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements.
