Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Client: IT Services & Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project life-cycle: RFP-to-delivery, including detailed planning (scope, timelines, budget, resources)
- Manage project teams: assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality deliverables
- Stakeholder collaboration: engage senior management, client teams, and vendors
- Risk & change management: identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, handle scope or cost changes
- Reporting & governance: deliver regular status updates, conduct post-project reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in SAP functional consulting; 2+ years as a Project Manager
- Strong functional understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM preferred)
- Excellent project management (PMP/Prince2 advantage) and technical analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate teams and stay organized in challenging, international environments
