SAP Professional Services Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP Professional Services Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Professional Services processes. The consultant will partner with business teams to understand project lifecycle management, service delivery operations, WIP management, revenue allocation, project billing, and automation opportunities. The role involves requirement analysis, process design, and support for solution definition in a public cloud environment.

Total Experience: 10 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in business workshops and requirement discussions.

- Analyze current Professional Services business processes.

- Understand project structures, WBS hierarchies, service delivery, and revenue allocation requirements.

- Define functional solutions for Project Billing, WIP Management, Resource Management, Project Accounting, Revenue Allocation Across WBS Elements, On-Account Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

- Identify business process improvements and automation opportunities.

- Support feasibility assessments and solution recommendations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, PMO, Operations, and Technology teams.

- Create process documentation, functional specifications, and test scenarios.

- Support implementation and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills:

- SAP Functional Expertise: SAP Professional Services, Project Billing, Project Accounting, WBS Structures, Revenue Recognition, Resource Management.

- S/4HANA Experience: SAP S/4HANA Professional Services, S/4HANA Public Cloud, Project Financials, Service Delivery Processes.

- Business Process Expertise: Time & Expense Management, WIP Management, Project Revenue Management, Cost Allocation, Multi-WBS Projects, Financial Reconciliation.

- Consulting Skills: Business Requirement Analysis, Process Design, Stakeholder Engagement, Workshop Facilitation, Documentation, Gap Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services implementation experience.

- Exposure to SAP BTP-based extensions and automation solutions.

- Knowledge of VAT, multi-country billing, and multi-currency project accounting.

- SAP PS or S/4HANA Professional Services certification preferred.
