Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba configuration, including Strategic Procurement, Commerce Automation, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). The role will lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformations, configure and integrate SAP Ariba solutions with SAP S/4HANA MM, and drive standardized, scalable procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have worked on at least two full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations with deep involvement in configuration and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Process Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes aligned to business needs and SAP best practices.

- Hands-on SAP Ariba Configuration: Perform and lead hands-on configuration across SAP Ariba modules including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing, Commerce Automation, and Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM).

- Invoice Management (VIM): Configure and support SAP VIM solutions, including invoice capture, validation, exception handling, and integration with SAP MM and FI.

- System Integration: Design, configure, and oversee integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI), including master data and transactional flows using standard SAP integration frameworks.

- End-to-End Implementations: Lead or significantly contribute to at least two end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into configured SAP Ariba solutions.

- Governance & Controls: Define and configure approval workflows, compliance rules, catalog strategies, and procurement governance models.

- User Enablement & Support: Support change management initiatives, including hands-on user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7 -12 years of experience in SAP Procurement with strong hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba configuration.

- Implementation Experience: Proven experience in minimum two end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, with direct responsibility for system configuration.

Technical & Functional Skills:

1. Hands-on configuration of SAP Ariba (Strategic Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Commerce Automation, SLM)

2. SAP VIM configuration and integration

3. SAP S/4HANA MM and FI integration

4. Knowledge of SAP integration frameworks and middleware concepts

SAP Certifications (Added Advantage): SAP certifications in SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, or related SAP modules will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a lead role.

Education: Bachelors degree in engineering / technology (B.E. / B.Tech) or MBA or equivalent
