Position : Manager / Senior Manager- Systems (SAP PP/QM)
Location : At our centralized office in navi Mumbai
Qualification:
- SAP S4 HANA PP & QM professional certification is preferable
Experience:
- Should have experience in Implementation & Systemic configuration of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality management (QM) module with 1 full life cycle implementations
- Should have experience in carrying out PP,QM configurations to customize transactions relating to MRP, Sales and Ops Planning, BOMs, Routings, Batch Management, back flush, work orders as well as integration points between other SAP modules SAP/SD, SAP/MM and SAP/FI/CO/SAP EWM,
- Experienced in SAP MM & EWM is preferred
- Knowledge / Experience in carrying out MM/EWM configurations and to customize related transactions to Inventory Management in S4hana environment.
- Knowledge/working Experience in third party systems process of Barcode/QR Code & its integration with SAP.
- Exposure to Supply Chain activities like demand planning, inventory planning, production planning and transport planning would be considered as extra advantage.
- Experience in submitting Functional / Technical Design specifications to ABAP consultants, testing, production Support and issue solution.
Job Profile:
- Be a system support team member supporting SAP PP functional area in respect of incidents and system changes related to PP-QM functional area; adhering to strict configuration management policies and procedures by
- Designing process flows and study current business process.
- Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.
- Monitor Transactions of SAP Production management, Quality management , MRP, BOMs, Routing , batch management & SAP EWM and related master data.
- Getting involved in new systems initiatives, Support phase post implementation which includes the monitoring of system and user performance and trouble shooting
