We are looking for an experienced SAP PP & PM Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize SAP manufacturing processes across global operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), manufacturing processes, and SAP integrations. The role requires the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and manufacturing functions to ensure system stability, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP PP Functional Expertise :

Support and enhance SAP PP processes including :

- Bill of Materials (BOM)

- Routings

- Work Centers

- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

- Production Orders

- Capacity Planning

- Shop Floor Execution

- Configure and maintain PP master data, planning parameters, order types, and scheduling settings.

- Analyze and resolve issues related to production orders, material availability, confirmations, and MRP exceptions.

2. SAP PM Functional Expertise :

Support SAP PM processes including :

- Maintenance Notifications

- Maintenance Orders

- Equipment Master

- Functional Locations

- Task Lists

- Maintenance Plans

- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

- Support maintenance process improvements, master data governance, and operational issue resolution.

3. Implementation & Support Activities :

Participate in :

- Requirement analysis

- Functional design

- Testing activities (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT)

- Defect resolution

- Deployment and production support

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflow improvements.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for recurring issues.

4. Integration & Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams across :

- Production

- Engineering

- Quality

- Supply Chain

- IT

Support SAP PP/PM integration with :

- SAP MM

- SAP QM

- SAP CO

- SAP SD

- Collaborate on integration initiatives involving MES, IoT, and shop-floor systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 - 16 years of experience in SAP PP and PM functional roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP PM modules.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production execution, and asset maintenance.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration points with MM, QM, CO, and SD.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments.

- Exposure to manufacturing digitalization initiatives.

- Knowledge of MES, IoT, SCADA, or predictive maintenance solutions.

- Experience supporting global manufacturing operations.
