We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM Functional Consultant to lead complex S/4HANA and ECC engagements from our Bangalore office. In this role, you will act as a primary subject matter expert, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and technical system architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and technical developers to design, configure, and deploy end-to-end Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management solutions that drive measurable improvements in asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and configure comprehensive SAP PM and EAM solutions within S/4HANA and ECC environments to align with client-specific maintenance strategies.

- Lead end-to-end business process design workshops to translate complex operational needs into scalable system configurations.

- Manage complex SAP integration touchpoints, particularly with SAP MM, to ensure seamless material flow and procurement integration within the maintenance lifecycle.

- Oversee large-scale data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and mapping accuracy during transitions from legacy systems to S/4HANA.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and functional guidance to resolve critical system issues, minimizing downtime for client operations.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide strategic oversight on project delivery to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying SAP PM and EAM modules, with a deep understanding of both SAP ECC and S/4HANA architectures.

- Proven ability to manage complex cross-module integrations, specifically focusing on the interplay between Plant Maintenance and Materials Management (MM).

- Exceptional analytical skills to map complex business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to lead client workshops and influence decision-making at the management level.

- Proficiency in executing large-scale data migration projects and managing the full lifecycle of SAP implementations.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering

collaborative team environments.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model based in Bangalore, maintaining high standards of delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Candidates must possess 12 - 17 years of relevant experience in SAP functional consulting.
