SAP PLM Lead Consultant

Description:

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of SAP PLM experience with strong expertise in Recipe Management (SAP R/3-RM) and Recipe Development.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PLM RD configuration and migration projects.

- Deep understanding of specification management, output management, labeling, and compliance processes.

- Must have expertise in Migration of Recipe & Specification Objects

- Experience with data model harmonization, access control, and change management in PLM.

- Familiarity with SAP DMS, and integration with external systems (e.g., Regulatory, ERP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in performance tuning and enhancement impact analysis.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional activities for the migration of SAP Recipe Management to S/4HANA Recipe Development.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis between legacy and target solution capabilities.

- Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, enhancement development, and interface design.

- Configure SAP RD solution including specifications, recipes, label management, and output management.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during migration and hyper care phases.
