SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Role : SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant

Location : Hyderabad (Preferred), Pune, Noida

Work Mode : Hybrid (Mandatory 3 Days Work from Office)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred (LWD on or before 20th June)

Experience Required :

- 7 to 12 years of overall SAP experience.

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) is mandatory.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant with strong expertise in maintenance processes, technical objects, and SAP PM functionalities. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of maintenance planning, execution, and integration with other SAP modules while supporting business-critical maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, support, and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance processes.

- Manage and maintain SAP PM master data including Equipment Masters and Technical Objects.

- Support maintenance operations covering :

1. Breakdown Maintenance

2. Preventive Maintenance

3. Corrective Maintenance

4. Project-Oriented Maintenance

5. Refurbishment Processes

- Create, plan, schedule, and monitor Maintenance Orders.

- Handle maintenance planning activities and MRP-related processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP PM solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with related SAP modules.

- Support testing, issue resolution, user training, and system enhancements.

Required Skills :

- SAP PM Functional Expertise

1. Strong knowledge of Equipment Master and Functional Locations.

2. Understanding of Technical Objects and maintenance processes.

3. Expertise in :

i. Breakdown Maintenance

ii. Preventive Maintenance

iii. Corrective Maintenance

iv. Maintenance Order Management

v. Maintenance Planning

vi. MRP Processes

vii. Project-Oriented Maintenance

viii. Refurbishment Process

- Integration Knowledge

1. Good understanding of SAP PM integration with :

i. SAP MM (Materials Management)

ii. SAP FI (Financial Accounting)

- SAP Fiori

1. Hands-on experience working with SAP PM Fiori Applications.

Additional Requirement :

- Working knowledge of SAP MM is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in support, enhancements, and implementation projects is preferred.

- Ability to work in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
