
Role : SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Germany

Activities under your Responsibilities
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
- 3 or 4 successful HCM Implementations
- In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
