SAP Payroll Consultant

Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll configuration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across India and global landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure & support SAP Payroll (India/Global) schemas, rules, wage types & taxation

- Integrate Payroll with PA, OM, Time Management, and EC

- Partner with HR & Finance teams for error-free payroll cycles

- Manage statutory compliance, audits & year-end activities

- Handle enhancements, UAT, issue resolution & training

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll (ECC / SuccessFactors EC Payroll) experience

- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types & compliance

- Experience with integration (FI, Time, Benefits) and S/4HANA / Payroll Control Centre

- SAP Payroll or HCM certification preferred
