SAP OCM Consultant - Enterprise Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs. The candidate will play a key role in driving stakeholder alignment, user adoption, communication strategies, and organizational readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives.

This is an on-site role based in the clients Pune office, requiring collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management activities for SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation programs.

- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness analysis to inform OCM strategies.

- Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans that facilitate adoption and alignment.

- Support training, learning, and capability development initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

- Collaborate with business, IT, and cross-functional teams across geographies.

- Track adoption metrics and support change reinforcement activities to sustain transformation outcomes.

- Translate technical/system changes into business-friendly communications for diverse audiences.

- Support agile or hybrid project delivery environments, ensuring OCM activities are aligned with project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Postgraduate degree.

- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management or large-scale transformation programs.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation/transformation initiatives.

- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
