SAP Lead/Project Manager

As an SAP Lead/Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving successful SAP implementations and upgrades for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions within the client's business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and driving significant business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget for clients across various industries.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.

- Develop and maintain project plans, risk management plans, and communication plans, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.

- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP modules, including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of SAP solutions.

- Manage the integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration across the organization.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining data security and integrity within the SAP environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering complex SAP implementation projects, showcasing a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules, including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to configure and customize solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for project management, testing, and change management.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

- Adaptable to working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client interaction with remote collaboration.
