
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and ensure smooth process alignment.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants; allocate work and monitor performance.
- Drive end-to-end SAP project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA environment-related issues; coordinate with basis and infrastructure teams.
- Provide basic debugging and technical coordination with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and maintain documentation and change management protocols.
- Handle vendor coordination for SAP support, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Support audit, compliance, and internal control processes for SAP transactions and security roles.
- Stay updated with new SAP trends, tools, and HANA capabilities for potential adoption.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge to interact with developers and analyze issues.
- Good exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment, especially in areas like Fiori apps, CDS views, and HANA DB structure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and driving cross-functional SAP projects.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry processes such as discrete or process manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
