PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES : The Total Rewards PMO & Benefits lead APJ role focuses to : - Support execution of APJ TR strategy and global roll outs in the region - Support the APJ TR Head key data analytics required for stakeholder interventions at APJ level - Conceptualize innovative and market trending benefits for the region, in line with market trends and SAP talent strategy - Provide support to India Market Unit for benefits management - Lead benefits branding and communication for the region TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS : - Looking for the candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in Total Rewards - You are part of the regional TR team and the TR Partners of MUs are your key stakeholders to ensure execution of regional priorities at local levels - You are also part of extended India MU team for key benefits management and roll outs - You prepare data analytics for APJ leadership interventions led by APJ TR Head - You support the APJ TR Head for any adhoc stakeholder requests/analytics/updates - You need to be abreast with latest trends in TR/Benefits in the regional and advise on markets trends for different Market Units - You need to manage regional benefits like Benevolent fund and FIT SAP programs
