What You'll Be Doing:
As an SAP HCM / HR Consultant, you'll be instrumental in supporting and implementing our SAP HR solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- SAP HCM Configuration: Configure SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP HANA systems for various HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Implementation Support: Contribute to both Green-field (new implementations) and Brown-field (existing system enhancements/migrations) projects, understanding project methodologies and milestones.
- Data Management: Assist with data migration activities using tools like LSMW, LTMC, and BDC, along with supporting master data modification.
- Module Expertise: Apply your good knowledge of core HR processes including Payroll, Time Management, Salary Processing, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
- Business Process Analysis: Participate in analyzing and decomposing current business processes, performing scripting exercises, and designing/configuring the SAP system to achieve the organization's "To-Be" process vision.
- Functional Specifications: Prepare functional specifications for various technical objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
What You Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience as an SAP HCM / HR Consultant.
- SAP HR training certificate in SAP ECC 6.0 and HANA.
- Working knowledge of both Green-field and Brown-field implementation project methodologies and process milestones.
- Experience with system configuration and data migration using tools like LSMW, LTMC, and BDC.
- Good knowledge in Payroll, Time Management, Salary Processing, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Ability to work with business process analysis and design.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MSC / MS / MCA / MCM / MBA or equivalent).
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
