
Description:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to drive complex, multi-country HR Transformation programs.
- This role involves implementing and integrating both on-premise SAP HCM (for Core HR/Payroll) and the cloud-based SuccessFactors Talent suite, ensuring global consistency and strict adherence to GDPR and EU HR compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:
- Module Configuration & Deployment: Lead the end-to-end configuration and blueprinting for critical HR modules:
- Core HR & Operations: Configure foundational elements in SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management) or SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Talent Management: Deliver and implement the full suite of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Compensation Management, Learning Management System - LMS, and Recruitment/Onboarding).
- Time & Payroll: Configure and support Time Management and complex Payroll requirements, specifically focusing on multi-country nuances (e.g., EU, UK, India).
- Integration Architecture: Design and manage the functional integration points between core systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with S/4HANA, EC Payroll, and various third-party HR tools (e.g., benefits providers).
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR processes and system configurations strictly comply with international regulations, including GDPR and specific EU labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Client & Training Delivery: Lead functional workshops, prepare detailed functional specifications (F-Specs), manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver comprehensive training to global HR teams.
Key Requirements & Core Expertise:
- SAP/SF Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of either SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, practical experience with multi-country payroll and HR compliance (e.g., across EU, UK, and/or APAC regions).
- Technical Integration: Functional understanding of integration technologies used between cloud and on-premise solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills essential for remote consulting across multiple time zones
