Key Responsibilities
a. Lead and manage SAP projects, upgrade, and support projects
b. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions 3. supported by automation and AI
c. Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, including ABAP, EC, Payroll and SAC
d. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
e. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget
f. Conduct workshops and training for new modules
g. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and SAP AI technologies
h. Work very closely with all internal business team to identify opportunities of end-to-end process automation and eliminate manual work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
b. 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, development, and support Projects
c. Strong expertise in SAP Payroll. Willing to learn hands-on job SF, EC, SAC Process and functionality.
d. Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
f. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
g. BRD Preparation & Gap analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications in relevant modules
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience in multiple industries and global projects
