SAP HCM Role

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP projects, upgrade, and support projects

- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions supported by automation and AI

- Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, including ABAP, EC, Payroll and SAC

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget

- Conduct workshops and training for new modules

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and SAP AI technologies

- Work very closely with all internal business team to identify opportunities of end-to-end process automation and eliminate manual work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll.

- Willing to learn hands-on job SF, EC, SAC Process and functionality.

- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- BRD Preparation & Gap analysis
