Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Group Reporting Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Group Reporting solutions to ensure accuracy in financial data consolidation and reporting. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, consulting stakeholders on best practices, managing master data integration, troubleshooting issues, and delivering efficient financial solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Technical Skills:

Core Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of consolidation concepts: minority interests, goodwill, equity pickup, and investment eliminations.

S/4HANA Finance: Proficiency in General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts (COA) design, and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

Tools: Experience with Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, and Rule-based eliminations.

Qualifications:

Education: CA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or equivalent masters degree in Finance/Accounting.

Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Cloud for group reporting or SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification is highly preferred.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment across different time zones.
