SAP FICO/REFX Consultant - SAP FIN FI/REFX

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / REFX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a total of 4+ years in the SAP domain. The candidate must be available to work from the office starting from day one and attend mandatory face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and understand real estate business processes and requirements (e.g., lease-in contracts, lease-out contracts, sales-based revenue billing, rental objects).

2. Conduct fit-gap analysis and workshops to determine solution requirements.

3. Prepare blueprint/design documents and configuration plans.

4. Configure SAP REFX modules including:

- Business Entities

- Land & Building

- Rental Objects

- Contracts

- Business Partners

5. Implement lease accounting in compliance with IFRS 16, IND AS 116, US GAAP, including:

- Straight-lining

- Accruals/Deferrals

- Revenue recognition from lease contracts

6. Manage end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to SAP REFX/S/4HANA.

7. Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as FI/CO, Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Plant Maintenance (PM), etc.

8.Participate in testing phases:

- Unit Testing

- Integration Testing

- User Acceptance Testing

9. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

10. Prepare functional documentation (functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts).

11. Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and enhancements.

12. Stay current with updates in SAP REFX, Fiori apps, lease accounting standards, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP FIN FI / REFX - 3-4 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge in lease accounting and real estate processes

- Good understanding of SAP integration with FI/CO and other related modules

Good to Have:

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA innovations in REFX

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications

- Knowledge of real estate analytics and reporting
