Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Handle integration between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Conduct end-user training and support during UAT and Go-Live phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to finance and controlling modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and upgrades.
- Prepare detailed documentation functional specs, process flows, and test scripts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI & CO modules.
- Experience in S/4HANA Finance preferred.
- Understanding of business processes in accounting, finance, and costing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and end-user support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- SAP Certification in FICO (optional but an added advantage).
- Experience in implementation and support projects (end-to-end).
