Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have 12 end-to-end SAP implementation experience and strong expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration, business process mapping, and cross-functional integrations with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP FI/CO modules, supporting business users, implementing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP FI & CO modules based on business requirements.

- Perform end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Configure and manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting.

- Configure Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).

- Perform process mapping and business process optimization within SAP FI/CO.

- Integrate SAP FI/CO with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules.

- Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support to business users.

- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.

- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO.

- Mandatory experience in 12 End-to-End SAP Implementations.

- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration and business process mapping.

- Experience integrating SAP FI/CO with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
