Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex financial business requirements and robust technical solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects, working closely with global stakeholders, finance leadership, and cross-functional technical teams to streamline financial operations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, ensuring that our S/4 HANA architecture delivers precise financial reporting, seamless compliance, and enhanced operational efficiency for our clients. By translating business challenges into scalable SAP configurations, you will directly influence the financial agility and data-driven decision-making capabilities of the organizations we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure comprehensive SAP FI/CO solutions to align with evolving business processes, ensuring high-quality delivery for enterprise-level clients.

- Lead S/4 HANA migration and implementation initiatives, providing technical guidance to project teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.

- Integrate SAP FSCM modules to optimize cash management, credit risk, and liquidity forecasting, directly improving the client's working capital efficiency.

- Conduct detailed business requirement workshops to document functional specifications, ensuring that the final system architecture meets all regulatory and internal audit standards.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide post-implementation support, maintaining system stability and performance for end-users across multiple geographies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP FI and CO modules, with a deep understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

- Proven track record in S/4 HANA environments, specifically in leveraging Fiori apps and Universal Journal capabilities to enhance financial reporting.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM, including Treasury and Risk Management, to support sophisticated financial operations.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical finance executives.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement, capable of working independently in a remote or distributed team environment across multiple locations.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a professional certification in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
