SAP FICO Consultant

- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO S/4HANA Solution Architect with deep expertise in ECC SAP FICO and integration experience with key SAP modules such as SD and MM.

- The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, including S/4HANA Brownfield conversions, and be able to design and drive end-to-end EDI interface mapping and solutions.

- This role involves leading enhancements, overseeing testing activities, and ensuring successful change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP FICO solution architecture and implementation efforts with strong expertise in S/4HANA and ECC environments.

- Provide end-to-end mapping and design of EDI interfaces and integrations across SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).

- Drive SAP implementation projects using appropriate methodologies including S/4HANA Brownfield conversion.

- Initiate and manage minor and major system enhancements and new developments aligned to business needs.

- Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and project artifacts.

- Oversee and participate in application testing, performance testing, and coordinate change management processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across SAP landscape.

- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices, trends, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience, including hands-on work with ECC and S/4HANA.

- Strong understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, and related modules.

- Proven experience with SAP implementation methodologies and S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects.

- Solid experience in designing and implementing EDI interfaces within SAP environments.

- Excellent documentation and testing skills, including functional testing and performance validation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

- Exposure to SAP Central Finance is a plus.
