
Job Description:
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP FI/CO/PS modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues within SLA.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while meeting turnaround time (TAT) and minimizing ticket ageing.
- Conduct requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation for new functionalities and change requests.
- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects as per business needs.
- Ensure smooth integration with SD, MM, and other modules for financial and project-related processes.
- Support period-end closing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis activities.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors for process improvements.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues (Problem Tickets) and propose preventive actions.
- Maintain proper documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and testing outcomes.
- Participate in user training, knowledge transfer, and audit compliance activities.
- Occasionally travel to client or project sites for implementation or user support.
Skillsets & Competencies:
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and PS (Project Systems).
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and cost control mechanisms.
- Integration experience with SD, MM, and other SAP modules
