SAP Delivery Manager/SAP Lead (12-19 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Transformation: Lead RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP transitions (Greenfield or Selective Data Transition). Also knowledge& Experience of SAP EHP / ECC is must.

- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of SAP Joule (the AI assistant) and embedded AI capabilities for predictive analytics in finance, supply chain, or HR.

- Clean Core Governance: Enforce "Clean Core" principles, migrating legacy ABAP customizations to side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.

- Experience & Qualification: PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager Certification- Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Facilitate "Fit-to-Standard" sessions instead of traditional requirement gathering to align business processes with SAP Best Practices.

- Cross-Module Orchestration: Ensure seamless integration between core S/4HANA and peripheral clouds (SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, or Commerce Cloud).

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the C-suite and the technical delivery teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience: 12-14+ years in the SAP ecosystem, with at least 4-5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in a leadership capacity, including SAP ECC implementation

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, Finance, or MBA.

- Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Specific Module) - Added Advantage

- SAP BTP Extension/Integration Suite Certification

- PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager Certification
