Role Overview:

As an SAP Delivery Manager based in Hyderabad, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex SAP engagements, ensuring that project milestones align with business objectives and technical standards. You will act as the primary bridge between our delivery teams, functional consultants, and senior client stakeholders, managing the entire project lifecycle from scoping and resource planning to final deployment. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving project profitability, mitigating delivery risks, and fostering long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct large-scale SAP implementation projects by managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within defined budgetary constraints.

- Oversee the project management office (PMO) functions, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and risk management to ensure seamless operational continuity.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and client leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Monitor project health metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective measures to address bottlenecks and maintain high service delivery standards.

- Mentor and lead delivery teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth to enhance overall team productivity.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent reporting on project progress, potential risks, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA transformations, with a deep understanding of SAP methodologies such as Activate or ASAP.

- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to align diverse interests toward project goals.

- Advanced proficiency in project management frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt methodologies to specific client needs.

- Strong analytical mindset to identify operational inefficiencies and design strategic solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of engagement and collaboration with distributed teams in Hyderabad and beyond.

- Candidates must possess 10 - 15 years of professional experience in SAP delivery and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- 10-15 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.

- Experience delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- SAP Activate certification or PMP certification is preferred.
