Role : SAP Delivery Lead

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex SAP programs across multiple projects, business units, and geographies. The role will be responsible for end-to-end SAP service delivery, stakeholder management, governance, solution quality, resource planning, and program execution across the SAP landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP delivery experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives involving cross-functional teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Program & Delivery Leadership :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and transformation initiatives across the enterprise SAP landscape.

- Establish delivery governance frameworks, project controls, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution.

- Drive program planning, prioritization, budgeting, risk management, and dependency tracking across concurrent SAP initiatives.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

SAP Landscape Management :

- Provide strategic oversight of SAP platforms including SAP S/4HANA, MDG, Fiori, and integrated third-party applications.

- Ensure landscape stability, scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

- Oversee release management, environment strategy, change management, and deployment planning.

Stakeholder & Executive Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and strategic decisions.

- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive alignment and successful outcomes.

Resource & Financial Management :

- Manage delivery teams comprising SAP functional, technical, integration, data, testing, and project management resources.

- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and workforce forecasting.

- Monitor program financials, budgets, forecasts, and delivery KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.

Quality, Risk & Compliance :

- Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Drive adoption of SAP best practices, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance business value.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements across SAP-enabled business functions.

- Support SAP roadmap planning and strategic transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.

- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP program or delivery leadership roles.

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise SAP ecosystems.

- Proven experience managing multi-vendor and global delivery models.

- Strong financial, commercial, and governance management capabilities.

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.

- Experience leading global SAP transformation programs within large enterprise environments.

- Consulting experience with Big 4 or leading global system integrators is preferred.
