Description:

The responsibilities include:

- Project Management Experience Should have at least 20 years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing.

- Should have experience of leading AMS engagements as well.

- SAP Background Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role

- Project Oversight during execution phase: Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support

- Customer support: Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion. Lead monthly steering committee meeting with customer.

- Service quality: Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability

- Program governance: Establishing effective program governance for each account

- Business development: Developing new business with clients and contributing to the SAP Business Group. Ability to interact with CxO levels

- Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers

- Escalation management: Managing escalations and customer communications

- Reporting: Ensuring weekly status reports goes from PMs to clients and conducting internal governance meetings

- Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes

- Maintaing healthy profitability of every account considering sold versus delivered margins

- Mentor Project Managers
