1) Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum of last 5+ years in the role of delivery partner role
2) Must has handled minimum 2-3 large accounts of 250+ people / USD mln 15 or 20 annual revenues
3) Should have the experience to grow accounts
4) Should have experience in SAP space with fair bit of knowledge around applications
5) Should have handled SAP service delivery engagements in both staffing and managed services model
6) Should be well versed on Agile, Service delivery model and has been part of large transition programs
7) Should be able to Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client value.
8) Should be able to Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
9) Comes from technology background with at least 10 years of experience in core technologies in the initial career. Still has the technical acumen to participate in solutioning, challenge the team and confidently discuss technology with customer
10) Stable employment track record.
11) Have been responsible for P&L
12) Have worked with customers from different geos of Americas, Europe and APAC
13) Experience in Manufacturing domain from IT services organizations.
14) Actively participated in large RfPs/RFPs
15) Ability to construct deal solutions, RfP structures, commercial responses
16) Should have excellent communication skills
17) Have experience in working in a matrix organization navigating with multiple business stakeholders
18) Strong understanding of governance, quality, operations and financial matters
