SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Description:
Experience : 8 + Years.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM functionalities, including Business Partner, Activities, Opportunities, Service Orders, Campaigns, and Interaction Center.
- Perform end-to-end configuration for CRM modules Sales, Service, and Marketing, including partner determination, pricing, action profiles, and territory management.
- Configure and manage CRM middleware for integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC (ERP) systems.
- Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams to define functional specifications for custom developments (BADI, BAPI, enhancements).
- Work with CRM Web UI configuration and personalization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Support master data setup such as Business Partners, Product Master, and Organizational Model.
- Handle incident management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in existing CRM systems.
- Provide end-user training and develop functional documentation and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, BW, PI/PO) for integrated solutions.
- Participate in project planning, timelines, and cutover activities during go-live.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of functional experience in SAP CRM implementation and support projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI configuration and navigation.
- Strong understanding of CRM middleware configuration and data replication concepts.
- Practical experience in partner determination, pricing, and action profiles setup.
- Good understanding of organizational model setup in SAP CRM.
- Working knowledge of integration with ECC systems (SD, MM, FI).
- Familiarity with Business Roles, Authorizations, and UI configuration.
- Strong experience in writing functional specifications for custom developments.
- Exposure to SAP C/4HANA or S/4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Connector is a plus.
