Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger, and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CO solutions for global manufacturing operations while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CO solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Design functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and production deployment.
Product Costing:
- Configure and maintain Product Costing processes for Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments.
- Support standard costing, cost estimates, variance analysis, and cost roll-up activities.
- Manage costing sheets, overhead calculations, valuation strategies, and settlement processes.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend process improvements for cost optimization.
COPA (Profitability Analysis):
- Configure and support Account-Based and Costing-Based COPA solutions.
- Develop profitability reporting for products, customers, business units, and market segments.
- Maintain value fields, characteristics, derivation rules, and assessment cycles.
Material Ledger & Actual Costing:
- Configure Material Ledger functionality within SAP S/4HANA.
- Support Actual Costing and Period-End Closing activities.
- Monitor inventory valuation, cost component splits, and price determination.
Financial Integration:
- Configure and support integration between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD, and PP.
- Ensure smooth financial postings across procurement, production, inventory, and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- SAP CO certification and SAP S/4HANA certification are preferred.
Experience:
- 8-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO consulting.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
