Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba and Spend Management Consultant to drive comprehensive procurement automation and spend control initiatives for our European clients.
This high-impact, cloud-focused role involves implementing and integrating SAP Ariba, Concur, and Fieldglass to deliver end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and strategic sourcing solutions, all while ensuring compliance with stringent EU procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:
- Ariba P2P & Sourcing Configuration: Lead the functional configuration and deployment of core SAP Ariba modules:
- Ariba Procurement: Configure the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process, including requisitioning, guided buying, invoicing, and receiving.
- Ariba Sourcing & Contracts: Implement strategic sourcing events, supplier management, and digital contract lifecycle management.
- Integrated Spend Management: Support the functional integration and deployment of related SAP cloud solutions for comprehensive spend control:
- Concur: Assist with integrating expense management processes and policies.
- Fieldglass: Support the setup and integration of contingent workforce and external labour management.
- Core System Integration: Own the critical functional and technical requirements for seamlessly integrating Ariba with the core SAP S/4HANA system (specifically MM and Finance), ensuring accurate data flows for purchasing and financial reconciliation.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all implemented solutions and processes adhere to regional regulatory requirements, particularly EU procurement regulations and data governance standards.
- Technical Integration Focus (Preferred): Leverage experience with the SAP Cloud Integration Suite (CPI) or other integration platforms to define data mapping and interface requirements.
Key Requirements & Core Expertise:
- SAP Cloud Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of professional experience in configuration and implementation of one or more of the following: SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, or SAP Fieldglass.
- Domain Knowledge (Mandatory): Deep functional understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Strategic Sourcing processes.
- Integration Skills (Preferred): Experience or strong conceptual knowledge of cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integration methodologies, including SAP Cloud Integration Suite (CPI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing consultation, communication, and the ability to work effectively and independently across international teams
