SAP Applications Demand Manager (14-18 yrs)
Description:
- The role is responsible for managing business requirements, driving system enhancements, configuration changes, and ensuring the SAP landscape aligns with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and HR process needs.
- The incumbent will oversee SAP demand planning, solution design coordination, change governance, and UAT delivery in collaboration with COE teams and implementation partners.
- Capture and validate business requirements for SAP enhancements, configurations, and process automation across functional areas (Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, HR).
- Prioritize and align SAP demand pipeline with business priorities and Group ITs delivery plan.
- Maintain the demand backlog, ensuring transparency of status, timelines, and dependencies.
Solution Design & Coordination:
- Collaborate with company SAP COE and implementation partners on configuration, customization, and rollouts.
- Validate solution documentation (FDDs, TDDs) and ensure traceability from business requirement to delivery.
- Coordinate UAT planning, test case preparation, and business user sign-off.
- Ensure seamless deployment and hypercare support during rollouts.
- Monitor system performance post go-live and capture enhancement feedback.
- Ensure all SAP changes comply with internal controls, cybersecurity standards, and audit requirements (SOX/ICFR).
- Drive standardization, avoiding customizations unless strategically justified.
- Conduct change impact assessments and user communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors, AMS partners, and auditors for issue resolution and system compliance.
- Publish monthly dashboards on SAP demand status, performance KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in SAP functional/demand management in automotive sector.
- Hands-on expertise across SAP S4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, HR) with integration exposure.
- Experience working in a federated IT model between group and business units.
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and IT governance.
Key Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and related modules.
