SAP Analytics/Data/BI Consultant - BW/4HANA & SAC

- We are seeking a versatile and technically proficient SAP Analytics / Data / BI Consultant to join our data and analytics practice.

- This pivotal role involves designing and implementing next-generation reporting and planning solutions using the modern architecture of SAP BW/4HANA and the cloud capabilities of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), driving data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:

- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and build robust data models within the SAP BW/4HANA environment, utilizing advanced concepts like aDSOs and Composite Providers, focusing on performance and simplification.

- ETL & Data Flow Development: Implement efficient ETL/ELT flows to acquire and integrate data from core SAP source systems, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba, ensuring data quality and transformation accuracy.

- Cloud Analytics & Visualization: Mandatorily deliver and deploy sophisticated dashboards, stories, and planning models within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), translating business requirements into compelling visualizations and actionable reports.

- Advanced Technology Integration: Leverage knowledge of advanced technologies like SAP Datasphere, HANA Calculation Views, and the Business Technology Platform (BTP) to create flexible and harmonized semantic layers.

- Governance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to data governance and security standards throughout the entire data pipeline and reporting environment, managing user access and data masking.

- KPI Definition & Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) and business stakeholders to accurately define key performance indicators (KPIs) and validate reporting logic.

Key Requirements & Core Expertise:

- SAP Analytics Experience (Mandatory): 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of SAP BI/BW.

- Cloud Analytics (Mandatory): Direct, practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting, visualization, and/or planning.

- Technical Modeling: Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling), with knowledge of HANA Views highly desirable.

- Emerging Tech (Preferred): Exposure to or working knowledge of SAP Datasphere and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills for remote consulting and collaborating with cross-functional, non-technical teams across Europe
