Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Mode : Permanent Role with MNC (via Santo Systems)

Job Description:


- We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery for a global MNC client. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms, cross-functional team leadership skills, and proven experience driving large-scale CRM implementations.

- This role involves project planning, stakeholder management, change management, technical oversight, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Planning & Execution:


- Lead complete lifecycle of Salesforce projects-planning, scoping, execution, tracking, and closure.

- Create detailed project plans, timelines, effort estimations, and resource allocation models.

- Ensure all deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.

2. Stakeholder & Client Management


- Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

- Conduct requirement workshops, status meetings, and governance reviews.

- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across multiple business units.

3. Technical Oversight


- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, system architecture, integrations, and customization.

- Review technical solutions, configuration, code quality, and data migration plans.

- Ensure platform scalability, security compliance, and system performance.

4. Team & Resource Management


- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, admins, QA, and analysts.

- Drive collaboration across onshore/offshore teams.

- Manage work allocation, productivity, and mentoring of team members.

5. Change Management


- Drive change requests, impact assessments, and deployment cycles.

- Manage release planning, UAT cycles, and production rollouts.

- Ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions through structured change governance.

6. Training & Support


- Organize user training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and post-go-live support.

- Create documentation: project plans, user manuals, SOPs, technical specs.

7. Compliance & Governance


- Ensure adherence to IT security standards, audit requirements, and data governance policies.

- Risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.

8. Staffing & Recruitment


- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating Salesforce technical resources.

- Support capability building within the internal Salesforce team.

Required Skills & Experience:


- Minimum 8+ years experience in Salesforce project delivery, with at least 3+ years in a TPM/Project Manager role.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.

- Demonstrated experience managing large CRM transformation projects.

- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple vendors, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)

Must Have:

- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Consultant (any specialization)

- Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Architect certifications

- Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise environments
