Roles And Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hot forging production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

- Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing direction, support, and training to enhance productivity and maintain a high standard of quality.

- Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with company policies and industry regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

- Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.

- Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary to optimize productivity.

- Develop and maintain production documentation, including reports on output, quality issues, and equipment performance, ensuring accurate record keeping.

- Participate in the planning and execution of new projects, including the introduction of new technologies and processes to enhance production capabilities.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upgrades.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to provide feedback and suggest innovative solutions to production challenges.
