Area Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of highways, railways, and water projects
Planning & Monitoring:
- Develop micro/macro schedules, track milestones
Team Management:
- Guide Project Managers, Engineers, Safety & QA/QC staff
Budget & Resource Control:
- Ensure optimal use of manpower, plant & machinery
Execution Reporting:
- Generate/analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Client Coordination:
- Engage with NHAI, MoRTH, Railways, and consultants
Safety & Quality Compliance:
- Enforce HSE standards, SOPs, and quality protocols
Equipment & Logistics Oversight:
- Maximize uptime and availability of machinery
Risk & Escalation Management:
- Anticipate delays/legal risks and resolve swiftly
Vendor/Subcontractor Management:
- Monitor deliverables, billing accuracy, and timeliness
