Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to join the Founders Office and work closely with the leadership team at Sanlayan Technologies. This role will play a critical part in supporting the companys growth journey, particularly as we expand through acquisitions and build new entities within the group. The individual will work directly with the Founders and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, support the integration and growth of newly acquired companies, and ensure alignment across business, operational, and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founders and Leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives.

- Support the evaluation, onboarding, and integration of newly acquired entities into the larger Sanlayan ecosystem.

- Act as a bridge between the Founders Office, leadership teams, and the management teams of acquired companies.

- Drive strategic projects across business growth, operations, organization building, and transformation.

- Track key business priorities, strategic initiatives, and execution milestones across portfolio companies/entities.

- Support the development and implementation of growth plans for newly acquired businesses.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, industry mapping, and strategic assessments to support leadership decision-making.

- Prepare business reviews, presentations, dashboards, and strategic updates for the leadership team.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, improve processes, and drive execution.

- Support the Founders in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.

- Drive follow-ups and ensure closure on key decisions and action items emerging from leadership discussions.

- Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous, and cross-functional projects requiring strong problem-solving and execution skills.

What We Are Looking For:

- 36 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or similar roles.

- Experience working in a high-growth startup, PE-backed organization, consulting firm, or technology/manufacturing organization would be an advantage.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different businesses and industries quickly.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The location is in the Nelamangala industrial area, Bangalore Rural District.
