Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Sourcing: Identify and screen new technology / market opportunities through networking, market research, cold outreach, and industry events.

- Due Diligence: Perform in-depth analysis, market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.

- Investment Support: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and support deal negotiation/execution.

- Research & Strategy: Develop investment theses, research emerging trends, and contribute to firm strategy.

- Investor Relations: Assist with fundraising efforts and investor reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Analytical Skills: Financial modeling, data interpretation, valuation.

- Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with founders, end users, and industry experts.

- Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge in Defence Tech is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for startups, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

- Experience: Background in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, tech, or relevant operational roles.
