Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a high-potential professional from a Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance background to support fundraising and investor coordination efforts. The role involves working closely with leadership and coordinating with global banks, investors, and financial institutions for capital-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with global banks, VCs, PE funds, and financial institutions for investment discussions

- Support fundraising activities including equity, debt, and structured financing

- Prepare pitch decks, information memorandums, and financial models

- Assist in investor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management

- Support due diligence processes and data room management

- Track market trends, investor feedback, and funding opportunities

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, leadership, legal) to ensure smooth execution

Key Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance

- Strong understanding of fundraising processes and capital markets

- Experience interacting with investors, banks, or financial institutions

- Strong financial analysis, Excel, and presentation (PPT) skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have:

- Exposure to global investors or cross-border transactions

- Prior experience supporting fundraising for startups or growth-stage companies

- Interest in Defence, Aerospace, or Deep-Tech sectors
