Role Overview:

The Lead - Finance will lead the company's corporate finance, structured finance, treasury, and financial planning functions, ensuring the business has the capital, liquidity, and financial discipline required to support its growth strategy.

This role will be responsible for capital raising, capital structure optimization, project financing, treasury management, financial planning, and investor/lender relationships. The incumbent will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic financial initiatives while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- 14 to 16 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, or Project Finance from REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT Industry

- Strong experience in real estate or private equity-backed businesses.

- Strong network across banks, NBFCs, AIFs, private equity funds, institutional investors, and financial intermediaries.
