- CA with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in F&A, FP&A, and Taxation

PURPOSE:

To lead and manage the financial controllership function, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and business partnering to support strategic objectives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

- Supervise GL, AR, AP, inventory accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and consolidation.

- Review accounting policies and ensure adherence to applicable standards and group accounting manuals.

- Manage statutory and group reporting, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and other regulations.

- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audits.

2. Controllership & Compliance

- Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework

- Ensure accurate and compliant tax accounting (direct, indirect, transfer pricing, etc.).

- Oversee all compliance filings - statutory, tax, secretarial, and other financial disclosures.

- Drive risk management and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management

- Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and periodic forecasting processes.

- Provide financial insights and variance analysis for business performance, cost management, and profitability.

- Partner with business heads and functional leaders to track performance vs plan and drive corrective actions.

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, banking, and fund flow planning.

- Optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) to improve liquidity.

- Support investment and financing decisions in collaboration with the CFO.

5. Business Partnering & Decision Support

- Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, capex, product launches, pricing, and cost-optimization initiatives.

- Support commercial decision-making through financial models, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.

6. Audit, Governance & Risk

- Manage statutory, internal, and cost audits; ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance operations.

- Ensure zero non-compliance in financial, tax, and secretarial areas.
