The IT Head is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. He will work with Executive Management to grow the company using technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, he will direct all employees in IT and IO departments to attain the company's strategic goals established in the company's strategic plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic IT Leadership:

a. Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals in the FMCG, or retail sectors.

b. Provide technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

2. Technology Infrastructure Management:

a. Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.

b. Ensure data security, system reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.

3. Digital Transformation:

a. Lead the implementation of digital initiatives, including e-commerce platforms, SAP, WMS, ARS, CRM systems, and POS solutions.

b. Integrate new technologies to improve supply chain, inventory management, and customer engagement.

4. Team Management:

a. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption across departments.

5. Vendor and Budget Management:

a. Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

b. Negotiate and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

6. Compliance and Governance:

a. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies.

b. Monitor and mitigate IT risks, maintaining system integrity and security

Key Skills

1. Technical:

a. Proven expertise in digital transformation, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management.

b. Strong knowledge of SAP, WMS, ARS, CRM, POS technologies and e-commerce

2. Financial & Vendor Management:

a. Experience managing IT budgets and vendor management

3. Leadership:

a. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
