Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 8-10 years

We're looking for a strategic finance leader to manage:

- Corporate finance strategy & fund-raising (term loans, ECBs, NCDs)

- Treasury ops, cash flow, and liquidity

- Banking relationships & capital structuring

- Capital allocation & cost optimization

- Compliance with RBI, FEMA, SEBI

Requirements:

- CA with 8-10 yrs in corporate finance/treasury

- Experience in companies with - 500 Cr+ turnover

- Strong in capital markets, corporate banking, and negotiation

- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and financial analysis
