SandMartin - Chief of Staff To EVP

We are seeking a young and dynamic professional with an MBA in Finance to join us as our Chief of Staff.

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in coordinating inter-departmental activities, analyzing various business intelligence (BI) and management information system (MIS) reports, creating insightful BI dashboards, representing the leadership in client & stakeholders' interactions, preparing follow-up minutes of meetings, and providing project updates for tasks allocated to different departments. Additionally, you will actively contribute to strategic decision-making and growth initiatives at SandMartin while providing support in public and media interactions.

We are looking for a highly ambitious individual with exceptional knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your qualifications and experience in the field, along with your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be key to your success in this role.

What you will be doing :

- Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental activities, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams.

- Analyze various BI and MIS reports to extract key insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.

- Create visually appealing and informative BI dashboards to enhance decision-making processes.

- Act as a representative on my behalf in client interactions, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.

- Assist in formulating strategic inputs and decisions to drive the growth and success of SandMartin.

- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
